Liberty Scholar
Liberty Scholar is a branch of Florida Citizens Alliance, primarily geared towards parents who are looking for a solution to their child’s educational needs. Through our engagement, we strive to continually raise awareness about options and scholarships that might help their students right now. These scholarships support students and provide families with options that clearly increase student achievement.
The Hope Scholarship
The Hope Scholarship is for Florida public school students in grades K-12 who have been bullied, harassed, assaulted, threatened and/or other violent acts. It allows that student to transfer to a private school of their choice or another public school.
The best part about this scholarship is that the parent deems their own eligibility. That means, if you believe that your child has been threatened, intimidated, or harassed by a teacher, fellow student, or school employee, you immediately qualify for up to $8,000 to send your child to a private school today!
NOTE : If your Florida public school is attempting to madate masks or harassing your child to wear their mask again, you are immediately elligible for this scholarship, according to the FL State Board of Education Rule on Aug. 6, 2021.
